These Terms of Service govern your use of parallaxsupply.shop and any purchase you make through it. By browsing the store or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
We sell camera accessories for mobile devices. Product photography is representative; small variations in colour, finish and packaging can occur between production runs. Device compatibility listed on a product page refers to the models we have tested. Accessories are not manufactured or endorsed by the device makers named for compatibility purposes.
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order we have already accepted. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price, or is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you and either cancel the line and refund it in full or offer an alternative.
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation email; until then we may decline or cancel it, for example if we cannot verify the payment or suspect fraud. Payment is captured at the time of purchase through Stripe. By submitting payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss and title pass to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you provided. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will open a claim and make it right.
Unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Full details, including how to start a return, are in our Shipping and Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
Products are covered by the one-year limited warranty described on our Warranty page. That warranty is the only warranty we provide.
The Parallax Supply name, logo, product designs, copy and photography on this store are owned by Parallax Supply LLC and are protected by US and international law. Third-party trademarks appear only to describe compatibility and remain the property of their respective owners.
Except for the limited warranty, the store and the products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost footage, lost profits or missed opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Some states do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the maximum extent allowed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Erie County, Pennsylvania, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing here removes any consumer right you have under the mandatory law of your home state.
