Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to shop parallaxsupply.shop, including people who browse with a screen reader, a keyboard only, or with magnification. We build against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and review the store against them as we ship changes.

What we do

• Every product image carries descriptive alternative text.
• The whole store — navigation, filters, gallery, cart and checkout — is operable by keyboard.
• Text and interface colours are checked for contrast against the backgrounds they sit on.
• Form fields have visible labels and error messages that say what to fix.
• Layouts reflow to 320 px without horizontal scrolling.

Known gaps

Some product descriptions inherited from manufacturer copy use formatting we are still normalising, and a small number of older photographs have generic alt text. Both are being worked through.
