Parallax Supply LLC (“Parallax Supply”, “we”, “us”) operates the online store at parallaxsupply.shop. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you browse the store, place an order or contact support, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
This policy applies to the parallaxsupply.shop website, our customer support channels and our order-related email. It does not cover third-party websites we link to, or the independent privacy practices of the payment, shipping and analytics providers named below, each of which publishes its own policy.
Parallax Supply LLC is the business responsible for the personal information described here (the “controller” under EU/UK terminology, and the “business” under California law). Our postal address is listed in section 14.

Card payments on parallaxsupply.shop are processed by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates. When you pay, your card number, expiry date and security code are entered on infrastructure operated by Stripe and are transmitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection.
Parallax Supply never receives, processes or stores your full card number, magnetic-stripe data, CVC/CVV code or PIN. Our servers only receive a payment identifier and the limited result data listed in section 2.3, which we use to reconcile your order, issue refunds and answer billing questions.
Stripe is a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified service provider — the highest level of certification available in the payments industry. Stripe acts as an independent controller of the payment data it collects and processes it in accordance with the Stripe Privacy Policy and the Stripe Services Agreement, including for fraud detection, anti-money-laundering screening and legal reporting obligations. We encourage you to read Stripe's policy, because it governs information that is collected directly by Stripe rather than by us.
If you pay using a digital wallet such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, the wallet provider also processes your payment credentials under its own privacy policy.

We did not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact info@parallaxsupply.shop and we will delete it.
We operate in the United States and our service providers are primarily located there. If you access the store from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection rules than your home country. Where we transfer personal information out of the EEA or UK, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum) with the recipient.
We update this policy when our practices change. The “last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version. If we make a material change — for example adding a new category of recipient — we will post a notice on the store and, where required, email subscribers before the change takes effect.
